The island played a trick on me yesterday and filled the Ruby with balloons. I've never liked balloons and to make it worse, I'm allergic to latex. I did have a volunteer clear out the balloons for me. I'm going to let the Ruby air out for a few days, in case there are any particles in the air. Which means I won't be cooking for those days. Sorry. I'll still do my lunch shift at the diner of course.
I will be open before father's day and will make a special breakfast and dinner that Sunday. Are there any special requests from or for the dads out there? I'm including dads to be, father figures, etc.
