Spinning Compass Network

We got a new door for a month, going to a place called Noian. I never heard of it before, does anyone else know it? It's all underwater. There's no door, there's just an opening with water behind it. I guess it's kinda like when we had the dome last year? You can go through the opening easy enough, but the water doesn't come through. I stuck my arm through, and my fingers went all webbed, which was kinda weird.
