I just need to know one thing for now. Has anyone here heard of the Intergalactic Commonwealth? I know my geography, but it wouldn't be unheard of to stumble across a spot that's not on the charts. Or for this to be a scheme cooked up by one of the royal houses.

Phoenixes can be terribly picky when it comes to meals, you know, and I'd hate to make him cross — he's grown large enough to snatch my glasses, and I'm useless without them. Okay, normally I am all for an adventure, especially an unannounced one. But being here means there is two ten year olds and an eight year old probably running amok in my house alone, so I need to figure out a way back pronto. And I feel like I must be high because I'm actually expecting a reply from this contraption and because I definitely was conversing with a Russian space dog.
