WHO: Noah Maloney (briefly anyway), and anyone who wants to use this as a general IC/OOC for this week's pub night, since it's our first after Georgie Porgie, jump in!
WHAT: Noah attempts to sneak out alcohol. It does not work.

So, after this conversation Noah basically decides to give sneaking out a bottle for Rashida a go. He does this not through concealment, since his powers do not run that way, but at some point around 9:00 he attempted to distract everyone with dancing chairs (YES REALLY) and sneak out with the bottle tucked into his jacket while people were otherwise occupied.

How This Worked: Noah needs to make physical contact with an object in order to animate it briefly. He then can give it a sort of very basic artificial life (with objects he's handled/manipulated more often, ie. Oscar, they can be much more advanced) and make it act independently via his instructions. In this case, it was to start dancing when a certain song came on the Jukebox, which let's just say for everyone's added trauma was Rolling In The Deep by Adele.

The general effect would have been something like a chair-led flash mob. If someone had been sitting on one of the chairs he touched when they started up, they would have merely bopped a bit in place but not thrown the person off or anything. After the song was over, they gradually stopped dancing.

How This Didn't Work: He got caught! Tried all he might to casually saunter out the door, the Powers That Be were savvy to him. Since it was his first time, they just confiscated it but didn't make too big a deal, and while Noah handed it over willingly enough, he was uncharacteristically grumpy and "it's not for me, don't you think they deserve a drink" and yadda yadda. Then he stomped off to probably bitch with Rashida about the whole thing.
