Like what do I have to do if I want to come help with the research stuff? I was a member of Black Badge and I'm not exactly science, but I am Team Research and I'm excellent at what my sister deems "murder boards" which really is just a board filled with information and things to tie back into the general what's happening. Compiling a lot of information is kind of great for me. 1. Because I like it and 2. Because I need a distraction from my brain I mean, I could come when I'm not working.

But if someone else is team Information Compilation and isn't looking for a partner, I totally get that, too. Just figured I'd ask.

It's not that I don't trust people when they tell me I've been dumped in an alternate universe, it's just that I don't trust people as a general rule. No offense.

I have been contemplating the nature of humanity and bringing back good person lessons. Quite frankly, I thought you were all mostly likely walking trashbags that would give me ample research opportunity for my own personal project I've been working on. And while many of you do in fact do terrible things, I have been humbled. You're not completely awful and your potential for self-sabotage and suffering doesn't amuse me any more like I thought it would.

The problem is you, as humans, are very psychologically fragile. So if I give advice on how to be good for the sake of benefiting you both in the every day and for your eternal salvation, likely it'll be met with the same result as when I gave perfectly reasonable good advice in an effort to make you feel insecure and give into your worst instincts. Reverse psychology is a heck of a thing.

After much thought, I've decided instead to give Bad Person Lessons. I feel this will be much easier to grasp. So without further ado, your first bad person lesson.

Your Intentions Matter.

Now, I don't want to get into a slippery slope of what ifs. Nor do I want to even try and get into the complicated algorithm and point system that weighs each and every one of your actions. We'll just keep this simple.

1. If you do a good deed for ulterior motives (like one-upmanship or a crass attempt to improve your Good Person Score®, for example) than the deed is not really good. Your motives should be pure and you should expect nothing in return for your good deed.

2. Conversely, if you do something bad, it will almost always be bad. But sometimes your intention makes it less bad than it would be if you were acting out of pure selfishness and evil. But only sometimes.

This concludes your first bad person lesson.

So, the good news is only two of the Galra sentries were damaged beyond repair, so those have become our supply of spare parts. The rest are in decent enough shape. Their programming has been hacked to make them friendly and on our side. That seemed like a higher priority than repairing what damage they took. Which is next on the to do list. But hey, if we have use for 18 robot sentries, we should discuss that. For now, they're in the Castle of Lions. Also, if we want to customize them further (beyond y'know their regular fighting/guard/etc duties and utter lack of a sense of humor), that's definitely possible. Never thought I would be so happy to see Galra sentries, but honestly it's great, and I wouldn't mind if other Galra robots come through. Though please, no robeasts.

So, those two sentries getting damaged beyond repair isn't necessarily the worst thing ever. Some of those parts could likely be scavenged for use in your arm, Keith, if you don't mind me using Galra tech/circuitry. I'd still prefer the mithril exterior because sentry plating just isn't anywhere close to it (or Shiro's arm).

I have put together a report on the attack for review with suggestions for improvement and some of my own observations regarding what happened. Please take from it what you will. If you need anything further or additional clarification, just ask for my assistant Janet. She’s very helpful.

[Attached is about a 700 page PDF. It is an incredibly detailed but very technical, dry report of the attack. There are suggestions for improving escape routes, safety procedures, patrols, etc. But in addition to having a fairly accurate summary of the events of the fight, the report finds that nothing further could have been done to prevent the deaths of the two deceased and out of several thousand simulations run of the attack, it could have very easily been far worse. The report concludes that the number of deaths and injuries being as few as they were are a testiment to the skill, teamwork and dedication to those on the ship.]

Full disclosure, I am amaaazing at playlists and also rock climbing is pretty great. It's not parachuting out of a plane, but it's also pretty high up. I'm making a promise to myself to do more adventurous things that would probably make Wynonna's hair turn gray and probably is already making Doc question his 'keep Waverly Earp safe' thing.

Hey. How've you been? Do you want to do something? Guardian-teenager bonding or something?

I'm going to see to it that all of the portals that were directed to the community center are closed down this afternoon just so we can avoid any potential confusion. Once I'm finished, all portals that remain on the ship will be the ones that head to the school, per our original contingency plans. One small difference being that all the portals we set up to help those with disabilities will be redirected to the school instead of closed down.

Now, with that out of the way, here is hoping that the next port has a bodega or a 7-11 or even a damn WAL-MART because I'm almost out of cigarettes and cigars are rancid. Does anyone have smokes and might want to discuss a trade?
