Next Saturday is my very dear and beloved Margo's birthday. As we are currently at sea, with no known trajectory or schedule, planning an evening of celebratory indulgence is immensely difficult. But I have never been one to look at an obstacle and give up. We will celebrate and it will be a worthy celebration.

The question I pose to you, fellow travelers, is who among you would like to help celebrate High Queen Margo's birthday? I know she has made friends among you. And, of you friends, who is comfortable dancing in a crowd?

I'm going to see to it that all of the portals that were directed to the community center are closed down this afternoon just so we can avoid any potential confusion. Once I'm finished, all portals that remain on the ship will be the ones that head to the school, per our original contingency plans. One small difference being that all the portals we set up to help those with disabilities will be redirected to the school instead of closed down.

Now, with that out of the way, here is hoping that the next port has a bodega or a 7-11 or even a damn WAL-MART because I'm almost out of cigarettes and cigars are rancid. Does anyone have smokes and might want to discuss a trade?

Well, it's certainly been something, but I can't help but wonder where we'll stop first. The culinary classes have been nice, however. Stating the obvious aside: we've made another jump. Some of you remember (and would like to forget) the Prettiest Star space cruise ship. This one is on water this time. From what I can tell, it's a luxury cruise ship. Most of what I've seen seems familiar to cruise ships on Earth, but who knows so make sure you're careful until we know exactly what we're dealing with.

As of about five minutes ago, I've closed down the portal between Tumbleweed and Homewood, California. I left it open in the event anyone needed to go back for any reason. But, since it is closed now, if you find you left something behind or need to travel there, I'd suggest reaching out to someone who can teleport. I know of several in our community who've mentioned their services being available and in the event you aren't aware of them already, I'll be glad to pass on names.

And how is 2018 treating everyone thus far? Kylo and I came home yesterday but I got straight to work on my final batch of wine courtesy of Ronan Lynch's peach orchard 2017 stock. I've still got enough fruit to make a few bottles but we're well underway with the new batch. I'm also still welcoming any taste testers who would be willing. So, please, don't be shy.

Got me a job here in town at the police department. Told them I could get around just as well as anybody else on the force, but they stuck me behind a desk. Call it a 'disability'. Hell, I used to go toe to toe with Dark Wizards back home without my leg, these Muggle criminals in Tumbleweed ain't nothing. Got to wear an eye patch so I don't freak out the locals, which don't make any difference to me. Wonder what they'd think about my so-called disability if they knew I could see through walls? I've done some research and there seems to be a few restaurants that cater for Thanksgiving. I need to call them as soon as possible with a headcount so [...] this is me asking for a headcount.
