This is not where I am supposed to be. Heimdall would not make a mistake like this. I recognize these outdated communication devices so if I am once more brought to Midgard, know that I am the Lady Sif of Asgard, friend to the SHIELD and would speak to those in it's charge.

This is quite unusual. While I appreciate the consideration for health, I'm not sure it's entirely required, given my physiology, however, I will adhere to regulations and await the release.

Perhaps in that time, someone could inform me as to just why and where I am, as I can attest, this is not realm travel as I've done it, and it's hardly a suitable time.

There's a group of Atlanteans working to clean up the beach. I was doing to help them, but it would probably go a lot faster with more people. If you're uninjured and need something to — particularly those of you with super strength — I think they could definitely use the help.

Evidently, the medical bay is also equipped to handle animals, should anyone be concerned in that regard.

Stating the obvious aside: we've made another jump. Some of you remember (and would like to forget) the Prettiest Star space cruise ship. This one is on water this time. From what I can tell, it's a luxury cruise ship. Most of what I've seen seems familiar to cruise ships on Earth, but who knows so make sure you're careful until we know exactly what we're dealing with.

Holidays are over, it's time to get down to business. I've been considering this for a while, and I'd like to begin the New Year with a proposition. I've mentioned this to a few people already, and have had positive feedback, so I want to make it official.

It would be to all of our advantages if we magic-users formed a coalition. Our goals would primarily be ready to step up to help in case of emergencies, especially if they're of a magical nature; to educate one another about our difference styles of magic, and to educate others who might be interested in taking up magic; to pool our resources in times of need, be they magical items or books; to assist one another in our different paths.

I am offering the Sanctum Sanctorum as the coalition's base of operations, unless anybody else would care to make another suggestion.

Ideally, I'd like to find a sponsor to help fund what we're doing. The coalition should be independent, especially from the military who might place certain restrictions upon us.

If you are interested in joining such a coalition, please comment below.

There are some individuals who, while not strictly magic users, are knowledgeable and accustomed to fighting against magical dangers, such as demons and the like, and would be good to have on our side. Specifically, I'm thinking of Sam Winchester, Integra, and Alucard, but if anybody has other suggestions, I'm like to hear them.

If you've been sent a furry, large eared creature, then for God's sake, please follow the instructions on the box! Don't get it wet, and Don't feed it after midnight. The consequences of doing these things will be nothing short of disastrous for Tumbleweed and all her residents.

I'm thinking of creating a containment area for people to bring their Mogwai to keep them safe. This is a catastrophe waiting to happen.

There are many tales - both tall and small - of damsels locked in castle keeps and monstrous towers, but I have never much cared for them at all. The damsel should always be able to fight for herself as well, even if it is a battle she can not win alone.

This would be the third such dungeon I have found myself locked within, and upon my release the ire of this damsel shall find a place to call home.

Until then I will continue to sing the yarn of Scarborough Fair.

I'm sorry for all the commotion I caused this past week. I lost my head. Literally.

I was debating how much backstory I really need for this post, but I suppose it doesn't drum up much in the way of dramatic staging. The bare bones of it? Once upon a time, I received a second chance at life, and I choose to invest in social media and never paying for movies online. I've caught up on most of the cult classics, but I never saw the entirety of Hocus Pocus. Hel happened. As Hel is wont to do.

Who wants in on a viewing party?

It's amazing the resilience of children. Two weeks, we've been here, and they've settled back into their regimes. I, on the other hand, take a little more getting used to it. When I was here before, the children were not, and I'd forgotten how different taking care of Wolf Manor was without a houseful of children. Still, they're something to focus on.

I see the Mayor is still leading the town, and his son is still a little troll. There are town council positions up in this election, and I'm determined to be one of them.

The resemblance is uncanny.

This is an update on my earlier investigation.

With help from Vision, we've been able to identify the man who opened Spooktacular. His name is Ethan Rome, and he rented the storefront for two months, but didn't begin moving costumes into the space until the middle of September. The employees he hired say he was odd, but not unkind, and paid well for the part-time work at his shop. We do not have any clear photos of him, but he's described as having blond hair, 5'5' and being 35 years of age. It's clear that the name is an alias - the identification he provided to rent the store are forgeries and don't trace back to anything, and his digital footprint is practically non-existent. I wouldn't be surprised if his appearance was also a disguise, given the man was obviously a skilled sorcerer - somebody of his caliber wouldn't have a problem altering his bodily features. In any case, Ethan has effectively appeared and disappeared without a trace - the last time he was seen was on the day before the Come As You Aren't party.


After conferring with my fellow magic-users in town, we've determined that the only costumes that caused the transformations came from Spooktacular. As many of you might have already surmised, the transformations are not permanent, and once the transformation has ended, the costume becomes entirely mundane. However, the costumes that remain in Spooktacular are still cursed. So to prevent any more chaos, we have closed the shop and sealed it with a variety of magical wards to keep the magic contained until we are able to dispel the curses. All other costumes, not bought at Spooktacular, are safe to wear.

If you would like to return the costume that was bought at Spooktacular, we will accept them, and store them safely within the shop.

I, myself, am purchasing my Halloween costume online, and having it shipped.

The nature of the magic used for the curses are not malevolent, and it occurs to me as I was writing this, that this is more the work of a Trickster. Thor suggested to me that this seemed to be something Loki would do, but this was before Loki appeared. But I also considered this work could be Prankish in nature, along the lines of Weasley Wizard Wheezes.
