I'm sorry I disappeared on everyone. Still getting over the being dead back home thing. Stupid because it's been a long time but I miss my mom and my friends.

Anyway, as much as I love being a barfly, I need a job. They still hiring at the gate? I could do that. I mean, I'm not superpowered but I can hold my own.

When I get my hands on Howard Stark, I am going to be very cross. That man is the most infuriating genius I have ever met.

I don't even want to know how he managed this mess.

On a scale from killer robots to space whales, I'm trying to decide where actual dinosaurs fit in on my list of weird things that have happened to me. Somewhere in the middle, maybe.

Sometimes I miss the old days when the craziest thing out there was me.

Why is birthday cake its own flavor now? There's ice cream and cookies and bath things and vodka.

The vodka is good. So are the cookies.

It's all good.

How do you name something when you don't know what it wants it's name to be and it's tiny and makes stupid faces? I can't call it Steve.

I may have turned over a new leaf in the last two years but that doesn't mean that the Evil Queen is entirely gone. And kidnapping this Queen is one way to guarantee that you'll meet her. I'll give you all an hour to give me an explanation on why this crime has been committed. Starting now.

So there are a lot of things wrong with this situation but I'm going to go with just two of them for now. A. It is massively unfair to send a girl who loved dinosaurs when she was a kid into the jurassic park sequel when she is stuck in a wheelchair. B. You should send me back because when my fiance and our friends realize I'm gone, there will be arrows in people in a very short period of time.

[ Molly sounds panicked and scared when she speaks, her words rushed. ]

No. No no no. This isn't happening. I stopped it. I stopped them.

[ Her voice goes shaky and it sounds like she's crying. ]

This isn't real. It can't be real. I was supposed to protect them. I promised to protect them.

[ She switches to tamil, too panicked to speak English. ]

I really should be used to this sort of thing by now. Needless to say, this was not where I was expecting to end up today.

Is there a Steve Rogers here? Because that man gets me into the worst kinds of messes.

I know I should want to go home. That should be the normal reaction for someone trapped in an alternate reality that seems to involve dinosaurs and a city in the middle of nowhere. But I don't. I don't because home is going to shit, everything I've ever known is in tatters and resurrected as a laughable ghost of itself, and the world is about to implode on itself because it's not equipped to handle the monstrosities about to be unleashed on it.

And the only people who might be able to do something about keeping it all in check are too busy dropping cities from the sky.

Of all the jobs I've had, border patrol is easily the second most entertaining. Second only because I liked being the boss and having an office.

Shield and being an Avenger weren't bad but dinosaur wrangling is kinda fun. It goes without saying that they all beat hydra.

People who have been here long enough and think they know what they're doing, where do people go if they're not here, and not eaten? Are there holding facilities in other locations?

We were supposed to spar and she didn't show.

Some of the biggest ones never even made it into the city.

There should be more weapons, tracking, and food stashes for the next time. With the little juice packets.

And they're soft, so if you get mad and drop them on your feet to break things it won't hurt your feet.

I'm not a beautiful woman so I don't think Hunter will hire me at the bar. I could be a cop. I've got decent references. Grandson of a Howling Commando, Shield Agent, serious incentive to keep this place safe to live.

I don't know. Maybe I'll just lounge around some more and enjoy not being dead.

I think we should have a party.

A "We Survived The Dino Invasion" Party. I know it could happen again but we should celebrate anyway. I'm not just saying that because I nearly got eaten by a dinosaur and I'm feeling pretty invincible.
