Recently, since moving in temporarily with Ben & Skylar, Jaycen Crosby had been feeling a little out of sorts. Janna had fit in well enough, and somehow... seemed to be bonding to Ben a bit. Sure, he had no idea it was in a "she was about to become a personal mercenary for him" kind of way, but still! So, while in the guest room that was currently serving as his bedroom, the teen sat at his desk, typing away on a small laptop computer, staring intently at the screen.

"You know staring at the screen like that for any amount of time will make you go blind." Janna teased her brother as she entered his room and found him staring at the monitor screen seemingly in his own little world. She had just finished a work-out session in the gym and after a nice hot shower, Janna had went off in search of her sibling who she found, as expected, in his room.

With things finally more settled at home (which was what Fred considered living with Maddie to be), the slender Texan finally made plans with Janna to meet at the beach, as they had discussed it on their first meeting. The brunette was currently dressed in a purple bikini with a matching floral print sarong and was currently building a sandcastle while she waited for the other woman to arrive. It was amazingly detailed, given that she'd only been there fifteen minutes.

Janna arrived at the beach wearing a green camouflage bandeau top and pair of denim shorts, the matching bottom to the two piece swimsuit worn under the shorts. After parking the young woman wandered out onto the beach in search of Fred. After about a minute she finally located the other woman and headed out over the sandy beach with a smile in Fred's direction.

With Skylar off doing something with her sister and Helena watching the kids, Ben decided to drop in at Avarice to see how the new bartenders were holding up. After being convinced they both were doing fine, the young entrepreneur took a seat at his usual table, dressed in blue jeans and a black silk shirt worn open over an old-school Eazy-E t-shirt.

Being a musician, it should come as no surprise to see Remy Benoit at one of the local record stores. It was a two story building that had Records, CD's, band related paraphernalia, some instruments, and private listening booths. He was currently looking at the new Hayley James CD, dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt with his blonde hair slicked back. The occasional person would come up to talk to him, or ask for an autograph, but he didn't seem to mind the attention. He smiled faintly as he looked over the woman's song-list. She certainly was interesting, wasn't she?

A young, dark haired woman stepped out of one of the private listening booths in a pair of black jeans, a black t-shirt with Fender in white across the front and pair of black leather boots. The vinyl recording she had been listening to had been left in the booth as the Indie artist really wasn't up to her taste. With still a few minutes left to spare before she had to leave to go meet her brother, Janna made her way toward the wide staircase that would take her upstairs to where the slim selection of instruments and accessories were located.

Janna stopped when they raced into yet another alleyway somewhere in the vast city of Los Angeles. "I need.... to rest." The young woman panted heavily slightly bent at the waist with hands on her thighs giving a concerned glance up to her younger brother. They had arrived in L.A. less then twelve hours ago and already they discovered the two hunters trailing them found their location. It wasn't that Janna was weak or anywhere near a frail girl. She had more endurance then any of her peers had, it was just Jaycen seemed to be equipped physically with more endurance then she. It was nearing the rise of the full moon and Janna knew they needed to hole up somewhere until the moon descended for the night. That or finally make contact with the alpha pack that ran the city, which seemed unlikely as they themselves would probably be holed up somewhere until the passing of the full moon. Janna didn't think they'd be out that night traveling the city streets in packs. That was too risky an action to take.

"Come on, Jan..." Jaycen panted, trying to catch his breath, "we're almost there... that club they run isn't far from here..." Jaycen was worried, obviously, about his sisters welfare, knowing that she was being hunted...
