Who: Jason and Cassie (TBC)
Where: Avarice
When: Friday night (November 20)
To Cassie, this was her idea of heaven. Hanging out in a hot club (Avarice) with a gorgeous, popular boy (Jason), and for once, being the girl that OTHER girls looked at with envy. She was far too used to being on the other side of that. But tonight? Damn. She looked GOOD. The young girl was in a shiny red skirt she'd had Lucy help her pick out, that showed off her legs without being too snug (as really, cute as Cassie was, she didn't have much of a figure, curves-wise), and a tight red blouse they'd found at Macy's that was cut juuuust low enough to reveal a hint of the swell of her small breasts. Along with the superb makeup job Lucy's done on her, Cassie, if she didn't mind saying so herself, looked DAMN fine tonight.
Jason was glad to be out. He was even more glad that it was a Friday evening before a long holiday. It was like he was able to completely relax and with Cassie by his side, everything felt better. The music was good, the food was good, and there was a distinct lack of drama going on. (At least as far as he was concerned.) With one arm draped over Cassie's shoulders, he leaned back in his seat and held her close.
"Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaason..." she coo'ed sweetly, looking up at him with those big, bright blue eyes. "I see those wheels a-turnin' up there... penny for your thoughts?" She snuggled into him, wondering to herself what he had been thinking (if anything) about their relationship. They'd been going out a lot, but nothing had ever been made... official. She'd never heard him refer to her as his girlfriend, or anything like that, and she was starting to wonder exactly WHAT it was they had.
He laughed at the way she said his name and looked down at her, his brows arched. "No idea what you're talking about, Cass." And if he had any idea that she was wondering – or had been wondering – about the status of their "relationship," he didn't show it. Truth was, he liked hanging out with Cassie. She was easy to get along with and she was so unlike every other girl he knew. Maybe that was why he hadn't bothered to define anything. It just hadn't crossed his mind that they might need to. Tucking her hair behind her ear, he flashed her one of his trademark grins. "Did I tell you how great you look tonight?"
