My name is Lady Mary Crawley. I recently spoke to Mr. Specter about his need of a secretary for your new law firm. He recommended that we all speak together, since I will need Mr. Murdock's approval as well, of course.

I admit that I have never done secretarial work. To be upfront, I am from 1924 originally and my father is the Earl of Grantham. Ladies of my class were not secretaries. I'm still not thrilled at Be that as it may, I think that I would be well suited to this position. Back home, I ran my family's estate. It required being quite organized and paying attention to detail. I think those skills would help me. I'm also getting better with my typing, though I would be willing to take a typing course, if you gentlemen would prefer.

I don't wish to assume anything, but if you would like to have me come in for a formal interview to see if I would be a good fit for your firm, I would be happy to. Or, I can answer any questions that you might have over this device.
