It's not bad for a quarantine. Nice how it comes with internet and without explosives as security measures. I appreciate being told up front that this room prevents teleportation and magic, because I would eventually try magic and teleportation. I'm not fond of the idea of human military captors even though it's supposed to be for "health and safety".
