Claudia, with help from Caleb (I assume!) and anyone else who volunteered, set up the room with speakers, plugged into her iPod to play a playlist of Allegra's favourite songs plus some fun songs that most people would actually know. There were tables set up with food and drinks - mostly Allegra's favourites; tim tams, lindt chocolate, skittles, etc. surrounding the black forest cake that Rose and Claudia (mostly Rose) made and people who brought food were instructed to find a spot for it on the table. There were plastic plates and cups and cutlery and serviettes on the tables for everyone to use too. And I think that's everything.
