With her best friend and roommate being so deliciously batshit these days (she wasn't too sure who Patience McConnell was, but she wanted to beat the fuck out of her right now for this), Darlene had been avoiding home as much as possible. While Paige hadn't fucked with her shit yet, thankfully, she had managed to destroy much of the rest of the apartment. Darlene had actually thrown some clothes in a grocery bag (girl didn't own suitcases, OK?) and had been crashing on Dave and Jim's couch the past couple of nights. Dave's bed was too small for the both of them to sleep in, and she wouldn't take it, no matter how much he offered.

Tonight she was chilling with a coke (soda, thank you) while hanging out at Avarice. She would probably chill here until last call and then head over to Jim and Dave's, and maybe give Lilly a call tomorrow to see if Paige had chilled the fuck out yet. Who knew, it might happen? Of course, as soon as she went home, the first thing they'd have to deal is steal furniture and try to piece the place back together.

While Camille worked here five nights a week, on one of her rare true nights off (occasionally she took the night shift at Chloe's Sugar Shack when she wasn't at Avarice to work a double and make some extra money) she decided to come and hang out. Thankfully, cover was free for employees and drinks were half off, so it wasn't like she was blowing a ton of money by being here. Plus, it got her out of her shoebox apartment and possibly even meeting new and interesting people.

While she had made a few possibly good friends either at Avarice or the Shack, she needed some friends that she didn't directly work with in some way or another. Not that she could see people too often, but, now that she was finally stocking away a little money, maybe she could actually work a little less. You know, if she had a reason to do so.
