Kate hadn't put any special prep into the meeting beyond finding a pen and paper to make notes; she didn't anticipate it being a long meeting (or at least, she hoped it wasn't), and it wasn't really the sort of situation where drinks and snacks were necessary. She made sure to be downstairs early, perched on the arm of the couch towards the front of the living room, and was getting everyone's name as they walked in. Unintentionally helpful for her personally, too, as there were still a lot of names and faces she hadn't been able to match up even with the decent attendance at the party the night before.

She gave it a few minutes after the clock struck twelve in case there were any stragglers; once it seemed like the majority who was going to show up had, she stood and cleared her throat to get everyone's attention. "So I'm sure you've all seen that Annie Wilkes and Buffalo Bill up there aren't happy with the way we're playing house. The cleaning shouldn't be a big deal and hopefully fixing whatever damage there is won't be either, but my first concern is the sick people. If you could all take a look around, is anyone missing from the group? If so, has anyone seen them today? Or is anyone here feeling sick?"
