Day 75.

Weather: The snow's getting a bit thicker, making the trip into town a bit more treacherous as visibility is low.

Events: The infestation is just as bad, if not worse, than it was yesterday. Regardless of any efforts of pest control, things are just as bad this morning as they were twenty-four hours ago - and seem to be subtly getting worse as time goes by. The heat still won't budge from 78, either.

At 9 AM, everyone gets a message from TPTB on their computers (except for Mia, who is new to this hell). It reads:

"Greetings.

The current pest problem in the house is above your means to take care of. We present you with two options. We ask that you hold a vote and decide by majority what it is you want to do: take care of the problem, or be taken care of.

If you elect to have the problem taken care of, we will remove all the pests from the house and prevent them from getting back in. Within a day, the house will once again be clean and spotless. For the day during our clean-up, you will all stay at a new location and have a small reprieve from Mount Zenith.

If you elect to take care of the problems yourselves, we will provide you with the materials needed, but we will require the extermination of all the creatures (minus, of course, Cecilia's service dog and Chase's cat). If this is done and the house is returned to spotless condition, every one of you will be well rewarded, individually.

What will it be? A hard-earned reward, or a quick and easy fix? You have until midnight to decide.

And yeah, you read that right. There's a new person in the house. Mia. She should have a pretty fun wake-up, right?
