Day 24.

Weather: No changes.

Events: At 7 in the morning, everyone gets a message on their computer. It reads:

Greetings.

The time has come for a vote. As we have observed very little chatter or discussion on the matter, it seems most of your minds are already made up, and that this shall be merely a formality. We urge you to think hard on what is best not just for you, but for the whole house.

Option 1: a fully stocked pharmacy.

Option 2: we take over all cleaning and maintenance duties for the house. This includes yard work and pool maintenance, and even personal room cleaning on a case-by-case basis. Be advised that if you choose the pharmacy, you are agreeing to assume responsibility over these things, and this will be a matter we enforce.

All votes must be placed by five PM. This includes the patients at the hospitals, who are going to require assistance getting back to the house.

After the message is closed, a new window pops up. It has two options, a 1 and a 2. This window can be minimized and put aside until later, but if a person hasn't voted by 4 PM the computer will start beeping until it is done.

Back at the hospital, the three patients are going to be feeling almost entirely better. There are some residual symptoms (sensitive stomachs, for the most part), as well as some muscle weakness, but the weakness at least can be chalked up to being bedridden for a few days. By 8 am the last of their antibiotics will be gone, and oxygen levels will have normalized at some point in the night. They're all safe to make it back to the house, but it's going to be a hard walk. Wheelchairs can be found in the hospital lobby, if they decide to go that route - and have someone to push them.

They're all going to find a surprise waiting for them back at the house as well. Jack will find that the wall behind his bed (that had once been painted over with a demonic clown) has been replaced. Despite still looking like a solid wall, the picture projected can now be changed via an application on his phone. Instructions have been left with his phone on how to operate it, and a large library of ultra high res images (including the original Scarface picture) have been loaded onto his phone. Lennon will find several large boxes waiting by the couch in his room. Inside he'll find art supplies - just about anything he could ever want, all top of the line. And as for Cecilia, Neptune's been locked inside her bathroom.

Finally, Maurya has been added to the house.
