In the wake of the disappearances that occurred on Monday evening, Eliot decided that the next rehearsal following the disappearances (April 29th) was going to be put on hold. When students arrived to rehearsal, they'd find that there was enough chairs for all remaining cast members to be aligned in a circle, to allow everyone the ability to see one another over the course of discussion.

Once all the students have taken a seat, Eliot will address the current circumstances. Due to the departures over the past several weeks, the play has had to be in flux to accommodate. With the most recent departure, they officially do not have enough participants to make this work without intense restructuring. And so, Eliot is going to have an open forum with the students. His suggestion is that they perform the material as a staged concern, similar in concept to Les Misérables 10th or 25th Anniversary Concert Performances, with the Donna numbers being divided among the students as sort of solos. It isn't what they were planning for but it's what seems feasible at the moment.

He'll ask for suggestions but canceling the entire event is not an option.

Additionally, rehearsal will have the possibility of running short today, dependent on how long the discussions last. Eliot is aware that many lost friends or loved ones. He is sympathetic to this and doesn't want to keep the students for the sake of keeping them today. He will mention that he is going to be available if anyone wants to talk privately about the disappearance or disappointments or anything really, and will stay past normal rehearsal time if necessary.
