First I've seen of the unusual things that happen. It isn't too different from home, but the invasions are a bit different. Last bug infestation we had was an over-sized pain in the ass of a roach. Then again, arachnoids and bugs aren't really the same thing.

The people in these places still seem to forget what happens or has this never happened spread out like this?

One of the portals that opened yesterday dropped off a selection of plants and other things related to Pokemon care. We've tried to identify most of it, but if you have the time it would be a big help if you could go over it to confirm. Obviously school's a priority right now since I imagine it's the middle of final exams and projects. This isn't very time sensitive so it can wait until that's out of the way.

It feels officially weird to have something like portals opening happen and not have to be responsible for dealing with it.

POTTER SIBLINGS

Since June got away from us and seems unlikely, I'm proposing July 8th through the 14th for Florida. I do not want to be there during Independence Day. What do you two think?

And, while we are discussing it, what are our thoughts about expanding our invitation list? I wanted to keep it to just us and the kids initially but I'm having second thoughts. It feels unkind to not invite Dad, even if he is from another timeline, with him being so young. Of course, if we invite Dad, should we open it up to the rest of the Potter side? And while I don't want this to be a big thing, perhaps we should talk to Uncle George and Aunt Angelina about Fred? I don't want it to seem unfair that he didn't get to go.
