Bad news: getting a job here is going to be a little tricky. I'm not too familiar with Muggle ways of doing things. I certainly don't see anything around here where one could sell potions, and also, that sounds like something that would probably cross the statute of secrecy deal anyway.

Good news: I'm living with my parents again, so that means I can at least take some time to sit and down some activities I used to want to make time for. At least until I get bored and realize that I should probably continue to contribute to the family income.

Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday and Penny, too. I hope you all enjoyed the party despite the combined birthday crash surprise. I know I definitely enjoyed myself even if Julia betrayed me. I feel like someone really should have pushed Penny into the pool too. Only to make things fair.

So, in our world, there's something called the Mist that protects mortal human beings from seeing anything out of the ordinary, particularly when demigods get attacked or when huge monsters kind of.. happened to be outside with us. Anyway, my sister had the ability to control the Mist and disguise a lot of things from both mortals and monsters.

Thought I'd be able to get it too. Tried all I could and I don't really got it. :(

So question is.. anyone got any permanent charms to make the Pokemon look like normal dogs? Or normal animals? I'm half expecting mine to evolve whenever, so it would probably be a good idea to make sure nobody is seeing something that's part wolf around town.

Without Logan's extra income we can't operate at so much of a loss anymore so this is what's going to happen now. There'll be a $5/month membership fee and a card reader on the door so locals can't get if they get curious and there doesn't always need to be someone around. Syd's job doesn't change. Teachers will get $50 per class plus anything you decide to charge. I'm dropping down to part time at The Bronze and taking supervisor shifts so the income loss won't be as bad, and Logan and I had each other's names on our financial things. Between everything, assuming only about half the people here decide to keep a membership, most months will probably still be a small loss, but it will be manageable without breaking into Fort Knox again.

I'll add a public announcement here later, this is just to fill you in first.

First day on the new job. I can pretty much just listen to music all day so it's cool. There's a lot out there. But can we just talk about this for a moment?
