World hopping again. Guess whatever forces there are figured I needed to return. Anyone here from Tumbleweed?

I think we've been all noticing something off the past few days, but there's been an increased Atlantean military presence along the coastline since yesterday.

I've talked to a few of them and I'm getting some standard bullshit like "Military training exercises" and that there's nothing to worry about, but I'm officially calling it: I'm concerned and we need to get our ducks in a row.

I'm basically alternating days up and down in the city at this point. It still feels weird going under and I keep trying to hold my breath, but once I get past that it's amazing being able to stay down for hours and not come up for air.

We don't know for sure if'n anything is actually happening but it's better to be prepared than not.

If something does end up going down, there's a community center in the middle of town that can hold families and any other non combatants. We'll get a portal set up from the ship to it. And we'll need some people to sign up to help defend it.

Hopefully this is all paranoia, but let me know if you're gonna be heading there if something happens or if you want to help defend it.

I think now that I'm a bit more settled, I should introduce myself. Hello, my name is Bella Hartley. I was born in Australia, but because of my parents work we lived all over the world. I've only recent come back to Australia and finished school before I was brought here.

I like to sing, I actually was in a band back home. I love swimming and being out in nature and I'mI'm also a mermaid. I only transform when water touches my skin, but I can do other things too. I can control water and turn it into either a jelly substance or glass. I was nine years old when I changed and living in Ireland at the time.

Bucky has asked that we take a sweep of the area to find a suitable location for us to evacuate the noncombatants off ship. We'd rather get this done asap, can you check in here if you're good to go and we'll set up a couple of teams.

I'm not sure who has or hasn't seen Bucky's post by this point but I suggest you take a glance here for a full rundown. The short of it, and why I'm reaching out, is there is possibility the ship could get compromised and we'll need to have a quick escape ready to go. Portals obviously are the best option. We've already had plenty of practice setting up the one's on every deck that lead to the school so this really shouldn't be any more difficult then what we've already done. We just need to set up new ones that will lead off ship. Bucky's informed me that there is a community center that the locals go to in these situations so that should be where we set up these new portals to go.

We'll need to make the new portals distinguishable from the previous ones. I'm thinking bright, neon signage?

I also think that we should have one every deck. There's enough of us that are capable of setting these up that it shouldn't be an issue. Now, no one has to agree to do the work, but if you all do, it'll go smoother. Margo and Quentin, if you two help out, that gives us four definitive users to divide between thirteen decks (you both, myself, and Dr. Strange). Pixie, I didn't know if you'd want to help out or not, but if you do, I'd like you to work with me or Margo. And Bonnie and I will be getting to know one another as well, so you two can meet at the same time if you decide to come with me.

Penny, I know what you and Alice's magic situation is like right now but I've included you both. In the even we need to utilize the portals, we are going to want to try to have people directing those trying to evacuate to the appropriate portal, just in case they miss the signs. We won't know if and when this all goes down, so who knows where all of us will be, but I was thinking that perhaps you can help all of us get back onto the ship to help evacuate? In the event we are out and about Atlantis when it goes down?

Not to add fuel to the Everybody Panic fire, but the natives were feeling more than a little restless this afternoon in the market. It sounds as though that delicate diplomatic situation has come to an impasse.

Don't travel companies usually check out this sort of thing before booking a trip? A location with political stability really does not seem like too much to ask.
