TIME UPDATE

Day 13.

Weather: The rain stops, and after the temperatures don't rise much again. Things stay damp and in the 50s. There's a great deal more leaves falling from the trees than before.

Events: So that heat was pretty uncomfortable, right? Regardless of that, everyone falls asleep at some point in the late hours of the night. Everyone will wake at 9 am in a new place. Those that have been here a while might recognize their surroundings as… the arena. On day 4, the subjects woke in this same place, and conditions are pretty similar. There's no siren to wake every up, though. What's more, some people have more available to them in their gym bags. Anyone on medication will find that on top, and Marco will find his drug kit. Once again, everyone will come out into a male or female locker room, and it may be a relief to know there is shower access, since everyone is still going to be gross and sweaty. It's communal showers separated by gender, but at least the option is there - along with towels and generic brands of soap and shampoo.

Those who experienced the arena the first time around may feel a sense of dread. This was something of a nightmare for a lot of people last time around, and it was hard to get everyone through it.

Once you leave the locker rooms and head out into the arena, you're in for a surprise. The obstacle course is nothing like last time. This time, it's a little ridiculous. Ridiculously awesome.

There is no explanation. No video explaining the rules, or any requirements. What's more, there's nothing keeping them there. The elevator is working, and people can feel free to come and go as they please at any point in the day.

Still no explanation back at the house, either. The heat is back to normal, and there are no messages waiting on the computer.
