If all of those wishes we made are reversing themselves, that means that my house isn't magically protected from anyone who might pose as a threat. As a precautionary measure, I already salted and trapped the place up, but that doesn't count for much when compared to the way that the place was protected before. I was going to offer to let a few people stay here, but I don't know if it's going to be any safer here than it is at the complex.

I don't have powers, but I've never had them or anything. I know how to fight and stuff without them since, you know. Never had them. But um. I'm not trying to be insensitive here or anything, just trying to watch out for people. But don't a lot of you other masks rely heavily on your powers when you fight? Like your strength and agility and stuff? So like... Sorry if I'm being mean without trying to, what if you guys don't know how to normal-person fight?

Well this wasn't the welcome home I wanted, but I guess it is kind of the one I was expecting given the warnings. Demons I'd planned for, though. But I left with considerably more in my bank account. Now I have about $49.62. In other words, I have Rose Tyler's bank account, not Billie Piper's.

Tell me this, why is one of our patients now putting out ads for donations for the medbay? I was under the impression, given you are taking care of the inventory and supplies and making sure that we have everything we need, that you would be ensuring that we stay funded as well. If we need the money, shouldn't you, and not Ms. Lane, have put out a message asking for donations? For that matter, how would Ms. Lane happen to know that we might need more funding?
