War Is Coming Communications.

I need your advice on two matters.

The first is that I think I have sorted out what I want to say to Marguerite. We have talked briefly about things unrelated to my offer to Death, but I do not like this estrangement. Especially with things being so uncertain. Would it be all right if I were to tell you and you could tell me what you think her response would be?

The second is more...complicated. I am quite interested in Lydia. And I do not want to appear to be moving much too quickly with things. But she would like to kiss me, and I am wondering if it is too soon. Or if I should have already and am just being a dunce. Modern era dating is very new to me. It is very different from courtship in our time, not that that went well for me, and I am not as knowledgeable in the matters of the heart as you are.

Jacen ain't the only option around here for leadership. I've lead armies before. I for one ain't that confident in him to give a damn if one of us dies, I want to see everyone come out of this with at least their lives. Sue me I got a little used to most of your faces around here. I ain't all speechy like somebody over there but there you go. We get a choice in the matter.

I went and changed my appearance, thanks to the encouragement from old and new friends alike. I believe I like this shorter hair style, though the electric razor they used was a bit disconcerting, as was the...styling product, I believe it was called, that was put into my hair. But I look close enough to what I had envisioned. I think this will definitely suffice.

I feel more anxious than I have in a long time, though I imagine it has something to do with the fact I still do not know what to answer once the talent agents show up on Wednesday. That and I worry Armand will decide to show up.

I don't get the obsession with shoes. Must be a chick thing I guess, unless..are there any guys ever that like shoes that much?

I have a few things!

1. Horseback riding chaperones: This is kind of short notice, but I finally got in contact with the ranch and they can do an all day field trip from 10-2 on Wednesday. Whoever still would like to help out with this, please let me know ASAP.

2. Thursday, August 8, there will be an outdoor viewing of Grease at 7pm over at the same ranch. Dressing up for it is not required, but if you dress up the Pink Ladies Appreciation Society (yes this IS a real thing) will give you a free bag of popcorn to enjoy the movie.

3. And then Friday, August 9th, is the crazy sock hop dance.

Anyone want to do another game of laser tag Sunday though? Because I feel its been long enough since the last one to warrant another game. And you know planning is a great distrac

How are you feeling?

I set up college funds for the kids today. It was easier than panicking about actually seeing Neal again I have no doubts on Henry and if Aislinn is half as smart as he is, she'll want to go, too. It isn't like I'm hurting for money right now and they should get opportunities that I didn.

And...I got to thinking. I'm not typically Miss Plays Well With Others but... We have a lot of teens and young adults here, some who only just arrived. Most of them don't have much cash but considering how many of us here have wished or worked ourselves into a great deal of money, there's really no reason they should be deprived of the same opportunities that everyone else has.

I was thinking...what if we set up some sort of funding? A general college fund for the students here who want to go to school but otherwise couldn't afford to? Those of us with the means to could contribute. If anyone else was willing, I mean. It's just an idea, we don't have to

SO. Apparently my editor sent in my article about our former mayor to the Pulitzer committee and didn't bother telling me about it.

So the last thing I expected to wake up to this morning was to be assaulted by my wife. Or rather a different version of her that isn't my wife. Though it clearly seems she is not the only person who is different around here currently. At least I'm not alone

Okay. TWO things guys.

Sorry to all of you newbies and everything, but we've already got a situation going on aside from jerks threatening people on arrival.

1. Start adding Lord Harry Yorke or Hal to your filters. The guy is a vampire and he's apparently damn bad news. Not going to be your average vampire so sit down and shut up if you think you can just go and stake the guy. He possibly was involved in the hotel incident earlier today and this goes along with part 2.

2. It looks like he's kidnapped someone. A redhead who's helped him before. We're trying to get more to go on, but that's what we have so far. Lily Potter hasn't checked in with Harry yet, so she's on the list of possible people he's taken. Can I get a role call of all redheads? Because I feel we need this.

Anyone got a clue on how we track down a vampire?

So after three months, we have finally rebuilt the theatre and gotten everything back into working order. And so the fact I am still catching up on two hundred plus years of theatre and musical history becomes an issue as we try to determine a few more shows for a fundraiser at the end of April.
