Okay, my turn for organising something.

Medical side of things. How many people here have any medical training? Doctors, medics, first aiders, anything.

Second question, who here has any special medical needs? Feel free to filter it if you want, but I want to be able to treat anyone who needs it most efficiently.

For anyone who doesn't know, I'm Doctor Martha Jones, I'm also an officer of UNIT, a military taskforce at home who defends the Earth from alien attacks. I work at the Medbay in the Complex here.

He made it through the night. He's still stable and doing surprisingly well considering. It's still somewhat touch and go, making sure infection doesn't set in, but all the tests look good so far.

My medical opinion says don't get your hopes up too high. My opinion as his friend says, he's going to be all right.

So. Running in traffic, totally a normal urge when people are being ridiculous, right?

Martha and I have been talking and the suggestion was made of making sure that the more powerful drugs, like morphine as an example, are kept under better lock and key given that there are those here who think they can self diagnose and what have you. To that effect I was contemplating asking one of the more tech-savvy people here to create some sort of lock that requires a fingerprint or a retinal scan of authorized medical staff only.

What do you all think?

I would like to reiterate that the medical bay is here for anyone who has any sort of medical concern. We can sort out any prescriptions you might need. That said, we do monitor our patients carefully and will not over prescribe any medication if we feel it might be misused in some way.

Who can I talk to about faking credentials necessary to get a job in this place? I'm hoping to get my PI license so I can continue the work I did back home. If that's not possible, I was a medic in WWII have some medical experience I could use as another career option.
