War Is Coming Communications.

Before I touch on our latest dilemma I would like to take a moment to announce that Aidan has gone four days without an accident. My son has officially become a big boy and I won't ever have to see diapers or pull ups again.

Now that I've gotten that out of the way. How many in total are we missing? Which channel do you believe they are on? And do we have any ideas on how to get them back other than waiting this out?

I've been weirdly reminiscent today. Like, looking over how I was when I got here and how I am now, thinking about the friends of mine I've lost. I definitely never would have expected to end up such an upstanding citizen when I first arrived, I can say that much. But despite the bad dream that brought all this on, I have to say, I've had a pretty good life here for the most part. I've got good friends and a good job and I'm happy. And I kind of want to celebrate in some way. Anyone feel up for an impromptu pizza and movies night Friday night?

Blame this coming up out of nowhere on a unpleasant dream last night, but I'm curious how many of us are left. I mean, when Khan made his post in December about honoring the sacrifices made, there were only a few of us who commented, and then we lost huge waves of people to the Seal. So I'm wondering just how many of us who are still here remember it.

This may sound like a strange request. Does anyone know where I can find gas? Gas to power something? Is this something that can be purchased locally? We had supplies in my world to take care of this issue, but obviously that world doesn't exist here.

Three months into the year and not a single sign of the "terrible twos" until this morning. I'd read horror stories but nothing could have prepared me for the temper tantrum that Aidan threw. Correction, is still throwing. If only there was an Americano strong enough to get me through the rest of this day.

Why this is not the first time I've been to another world, this is certainly the first time I've been to one against my own will. I suppose I would like it a lot more if I weren't pregnant, or suddenly separated from my husband.

I can't believe in two weeks Nik is going to be a year old. And apparently kid parties are suppose to be themed?

If I'm going to be staying I am going to need a job. Preferably with security. Can anyone point me in the direction of who I need to speak with?

In a week Aidan will have been two for a whole month. He hasn't shown many of the signs of what every blog I've read calls "the terrible two's" but I'm prepared. What I have noticed from him is that he's been quiet and sad for days. Nothing we do can bring a smile to his face. At first I thought he may be sick but he just had a checkup and he was perfectly healthy. And then it dawned on me when he threw a book about birthdays across his room today. He has never gotten the chance to celebrate his birthday. I was absent for his first birthday and his second was spent with the two of us bonding. I've spent the last hour debating the pros and cons of planning a party for him despite his birthday having passed. And now I come to you for your opinions. Should I plan a small party for him?

Someone asked for a Peanut Butter & Jelly cocktail last night, not something I’ve actually made before, but after figuring it out… I still don’t know how I feel about it.

It looks like we’re all going to need to find jobs. We should probably find a way to do something that will get us more information about this place.

You could look into security, given what you did before, I’m going to ask about how to go about jobs, see if there is a way to get into being an EMT here, that would be useful.

How are you settling in?

I know it was mentioned about getting some assistance in getting help for getting work, and figuring out papers and the right kind of documents along with being able to use previous training, who do I talk to to get that kind of information and move those steps forward?

I like these muggle adventure sports thing.
