You'd think that if be used to getting pulled to different times and alternate realities. This is...definitely a less peaceful future than the one I was pulled from.

There's a bit of trickery required to become accustomed to shooting a phaser when you've come from a place that hurls metal projectiles. In my world, when aiming a weapon, one must account for a myriad of things like recoil, calibre, and even the weather. A phaser is so light, so agile, one must only bend one's elbow and shoot.

So, quick question.

Vampires. Ever hear of them?

See, in my experience, vampires are undead soulless bloodsucking demons that take over human bodies, usually kill people, and sometimes try and start an apocalypse or two. Stronger and faster than humans but great at posing as them. I'm not judging them, and normally I might be, but this is a new galaxy, with new rules. I just want to know so I'm not jumped by space vampires or something. Is that even a thing out here? I bet that's a thing.

Hello, my name is Clark Kent. From.. Earth. I was a reporter. Never thought I'd be seeing other planets myself.. this is amazing. I am not sure what to even do for work. Is there a media system here? Like newspapers or a holonet news source to report on stories and such. Now that would be a nifty gig! Traveling the galaxy and reporting on noteworthy events.

On the other hand, I'm also good at farming crops. Which I also realize.. limited to Earth. I probably wouldn't even recognize some of the plants or food in these worlds. But I can learn fast, and maybe try my hand at it. I also heard there are dangers around in some spots too - I have a friend who can help with those, so if you need to find him, just tell me and I'll pass it on to him asap. Can't really miss him, wears a lot of blue tights and a red cape. And flies also.

Not sure if anyone from back home will be here, really hope no one is to be honest, but this is Sara Lance from Earth. Star or Starling City depending on when you're from, though I've been around a bit. I still can't help but think that I'm dead again or this is some insane dream, but feels pretty damn real.
