If you hadn't heard the shouts of excitement (which is entirely possible), I got the job with Falmouth! I start Monday!

[Warded to Alicia] -- I've been thinking about what you asked and well... We should talk. Wednesday night? Can you get the sitter for the twins?

I feel as though I've learned an important lesson today - a kitten is much harder to bathe than a child, even if it is significantly smaller.

It feels odd. This. Knowing that in just two weeks the League will start again and that right now, all over the country, teams are training like madmen while Healers are working overtime to ensure that everybody's in tip-top shape for the season and arguing with players about the importance of following the individualized diets for them... and for the first time since Hogwarts, I'm not part of that. Instead I'm allocated to simply cheering from the stands, which is great! I love it! It just feels odd.

I have enough on my plate and I'm making big changes, but it just doesn't... I don't know. Want to come look at houses with me one of these days?

You alright? How's your head? What did your Healer say?

[Warded to Genie]
This year, the Foundation has one first-year student (other than Owen). He's a sweet kid with a goofy sense of humour, and we have been supporting him and his Muggle family since the war. Like all first-years, he needs a lot of things before the school year starts, and I was wondering if you and Owen would like to help him out with that? That way the boys can meet and they won't be surrounded by complete strangers on the Express.

[To Alicia] -- Lovely love of mine - I think we should go to Pub Trivia tonight. No, I haven't lost my mind, I just think it'd be brilliant to watch you clean up against absolutely everybody there. The bonus topic tonight? Muggle and Magical Maladies. What do you say? The twins could use some junk food, right?

[Warded to Alicia] -- Thank you, thank you, thank you for an amazing weekend. Can I return the favor? Rome? Soon? I have a couple of potions that need bottling this coming weekend so can't then, but after, what would work for you and the nanny?

[Warded to Alicia]
I'm stuck in the lab all weekend but wanted to say thank you again for coming last night, I know it can't have been the most... enjoyable social experience for you, but it meant a lot. When can I take you out and the kids out to dinner to thank you? And when can I have a night to myself without the twins so I can properly thank you? Thing of you...

[Public] Firstly, my flat has been rented, though for those of you still looking, I've heard McLaggen talking about maybe renting out the second floor of his building, but I think right now it's used as storage for his shoppe. If you're interested, I'd say it wouldn't hurt to ask him.

Secondly, I'm taking orders for late summer potions. I'll want to get on some of them now as late summer tends to need more time to stew.

Lastly, the community garden on my flat's roof should be built in the next couple of weeks; I'll update everyone soon but if you all see or hear any odd construction going on about Monument, that's what it is (most likely).

[Ginny Weasley] Do you and your flatmate have a move in date, yet? Just let me know.

[Alicia] So the flat will be used up soon which means the building is only totally mine for the next couple of weeks at the most... Any chance of an over night babysitter and a slumber party in my new future? I've missed you in my mad dash to get everything cleaned downstairs.

I suppose I'm supporting the Magpies tomorrow, but my heart just isn't in it. Anyone else feeling like this season went out with a fizzle?

[Warded to Alicia] -- Are you planning on going to the game tomorrow? A friend of Sera's has extra tickets, I was thinking the twins might like to go?

Not the amazing high to round off my position with Pride that I had expected and hoped for, and quite a bit earlier than expected. That said, I'm still considering whether or not to partake in the training camp to make sure that my replacement is settling in well enough.

Alas, that wasn't to be, but the trip to Rome to spend my birthday with the twins and Adrian was just what the Healer ordered. And now? Now that my days as a Healer for Pride of Portree are winding down, I'm looking forward to starting on my degree as a physiotherapist. So starting this fall, I'll be needing volunteers for practicing. And no, it's no rush, just a heads up.

Alicia + Harry,
After multiple site visits and consulting with experts on security, children, and carpentry, I think I can safely say I've come to a decision on which property we should move forward on concerning the youth home. I've spoken to the current estate and they're willing to hold off on public auctions and offers so that we might come to an agreement on an offer from the Foundation.

I'd love your input on this next step, as finances are a bit above my head. What do you think? The current owners are the Pucey family, or a relative of them at least.

Friend, are you available anytime soon to chat? There's been a development between my father and I and I could use a friendly ear...

Going through yesterday's mail this morning, I found an invitation to Gregory Goyle's birthday celebration. While I'm well aware that people change and mostly even for the better I cannot for the life of me figure out why I received such an invitation.

Did you have anything to do with that?

[Warded to Alicia] -- I can't wait to spend tomorrow with you and the kids (they're joining, right?) but wanted to ask... Sometime soon, can we have a night to ourselves? Not like Sunday, but one where I'm fully of my mind. There's something we need to talk about.

[Private] -- I don't know what to do. Father says I can't continue things with Alicia, that she won't understand the position he was in, that I should never breathe of a word of the truth to anyone outside the family, of course. But Alicia is family. She is the woman that I love and my best friend and I am blessed by some ridiculously gracious being to have her in my life. I won't let my father's mistakes take her away from me, especially without her even knowing why. I have to tell her. I don't know that she'll ever forgive my family, or me for keeping it from her, but I have to tell her either way. If she goes to the Ministry, it will be my fault when my father is undoubtedly brought back to London and tried, but I don't think she would. I can't see her, knowing our reasons for why he did what he did, turning him in, turning all of us in for keeping the secret, but it's a chance I need to take.

I'm not a religious man, but I'll be praying to Merlin's ghost and the Bloody Barron until the conversation, that's for sure.

[Warded to Alicia] -- Love, you're amazing. Birthday night celebrations and this weekend? What would I do without you and the twins in my life? I'd probably have spent the day of working and completely forgotten it all together.

In other news though... Can you come by sometime this week? Perhaps Tuesday? Maybe tonight even? Father has terrible timing and he and I got into a row for the ages this morning. Is it too late notice to get a sitter?
