[Warded to Weasleys] My flat is gone through! We're moving in next weekend! You'll help, yes? And Mum, don't be upset, I'll be right in Monument.

[Warded to Hermione, Luna, Seamus, Dean, Neville, & Harry] Jane agreed to the flat, and Pucey says we can move in next weekend! I've asked the Weasley brood to help us move, but after we HAVE to have a flat warming. Are any of you free next weekend to help us move or to do a warming night with us? Can you believe this? My own flat!

So!! I've got the house!! Technically I'm buying it and everything and I'm leasing it to her until March so she can have time to move. Her new flat isn't ready yet and I don't mind extending my move until then, so everyone's happy.

I brought Donny over though and he loved the place. This is going to be fantastic! We'll move my Greenhouses in April or May once the weather is warm enough not to kill all the stuff I have in there.

I may have found a house in the countryside, but I still need to have it inspected. I have my doubts about the real amount of work that needs to be poured into that fixer upper and I really want an honest estimate.

That being said, Gran doesn't understand my choice to fix up a house when I could buy a new one or have one built, but the point is to have the opportunity of doing something else with my hands than filing and paperwork.

Last time I saw you was ages ago across that counter of yours. If I come over for lunch on Monday, can you have lunch with me?

Well, turns out that Gran doesn't need me nearly as much as I think she does.

Does the offer still stands? Gran said she's fine with me moving out. Well, she actually said something along the lines of: It was about time!

And she has House-Elves tending to her too.

Okay so, last Sunday Gran had to cancel because her friend was sick and her niece was apparently the best prospect of the whole meeting, so it's been reported. To next Sunday.

I'm asking Luna, but how wise is it considering her father is sick?
