Day 40.

Weather: There’s a light frost on the ground in the hours around sunrise. Daylight hours see a high of the mid 40s.

Events:
Welcome back to Mount Zenith! Aren’t you just so thrilled? The good news is, the crazy horror movie shenanigans are done. The bad news is, you’re back in Mount Zenith. Along with, you know, some other stuff.

So, here’s the deal. Everyone wakes up back in their room in Mount Zenith. Everything they brought to Villa Vértice is in their suitcase in the closet, and any additional items they packed in their bags (such as Edwin’s dragon hoard of costumes) are there as well. The laptops are not. Apparently that luxury is for the vacation house only, but those who packed the cameras they were given will find those in their bags. The subjects of the experiment will start waking up around 8:30 in the morning, feeling a little groggy and disoriented at first, though it passes quickly (usually within ten minutes). A small handful of individuals might notice something not entirely right. Take Lennon, for example. Everything in his room looks exactly how he left it, but he might be able to realize that the lighting is somehow different. That’s because Lennon’s room has been magically transported to the opposite corner of the house. On the fourth floor.


Wait, what?

That’s right, the fourth floor. The mansion has seen some major construction, and there is now a whole new floor! With no sign of a recent construction project! That’s not weird or creepy at all!

A handful of characters have been shuffled around. They’ll find their room is (in most cases), exactly the same as it was before, just in a different place in the house. The room will be the same size, the walls will be the same, the only really noticeable difference will be anyone that was in a corner room before and isn’t now, or vice versa, as they may have lost or gained a window.

There have also been five new additions to the house! Felix, Lila, Audrey, Roman, and Simms will all wake up in the mansion around the same time, with the typical treatment of a new arrival. There are a lot of empty bedrooms, so it’s safe to say the experiment is planning on expanding. Isn’t that terrific?

Finally, Damon and Daphne have their Experiment B access back.
