Starting Over ... Again

Who: Helen Holt OT: Anyone
Where: An old friend's, then The Tree
When: A few days after the Watcher's Meeting

After the meeting of the Watcher's Council, Helen sought out an old friend, old being the keyword. Although getting on in years, for a wizard that is, Bernard had become a close friend when the quirky Watcher had been in Earth's realm roughly a hundred years ago. Helen trusted him enough to look after the estate she had built before traipsing off after clues that could possibly help her people. The day after the meeting, the Watcher had found out from her old friend that ... she had a very tidy sum of money tucked away. Since one did not earn very much given her current occupation, Helen thought it prudent to procure other means of employment as well.

Thus, The Tree was created. If one was clever enough, Helen hoped that they would know the establishment was one to gain knowledge. Official Council Meeting

[info]ripper_giles
[info]btvsal
Who: Giles, OT all Watchers and other non-slayer employees of the Watcher's Council
Where: The HQ of the Council's Los Angeles branch
When: Tuesday night

Well, it was certainly disguised well enough, Giles thought as he walked into the building that was made to look, from the outside, like a boring box-making company. As he got inside, he walked directly towards the meeting room, armed with a list of concerns and suggestions regarding both his Slayer, and all the others currently active in Los Angeles. He hadn't been told exactly what this meeting was to encompass, or what the urgency was... only that he'd recieved a call from Ms. Fitzgibbon's assistant (supposedly all LA area employees recieved the same call...), asking him to show up at 8pm on Tuesday night for an important meeting.

While Giles was thankful that the new people running the Council were more concerned about the safety of the girls working for it, he grudgingly thought of them as very inexperienced in the art of running a large organization.

Stuffing his hands into the pockets of his tweed jacket, he leaned against the far wall, trying not figet as he waited to see who else showed up.
