Paradiso

So this is supposed paradise I've been hearing about. Well, it certainly looks a lot like Hawaii too me. Not that I've been there...

Anyway, I'm Caitlin Snow or Cait if we become more better acquainted.

Does anyone know of a good place to gather some wildflowers?

Between the rain and the pizza and beer, I guess the gods must be pretty happy with us.

With the dorms finished, I was wondering... who's planning to live in them? I'm still trying to decide if I want to give up my shelter.

It would appear to be a food trend lately. I don't like fish so I went hunting today and caught a handful of wild bird. I'll roast them over a spit tonight.

What do people usually talk about here on their devices? Sunburns? Sex? Food? Drink? The ocean? Pregnancies? Have I covered all of the topics?

If anyone is particularly hungry, I've managed to catch quite a ridiculous amount of fish today. I have the boat pulled up on the shore and the fish laid out on the deck so that you can peruse. All are open for taking except for the yellowtail. That one is mine.

Sometimes I'm doing just fine here, and then sometimes? Sometimes I'll realize just how much I miss Finnick. He was from before I knew him, but he was still Finnick. Still my best friend from back home.

And considering what home is, it hurts knowing what he went back to.

Is this heaven? If so, the Bible apparently has it incredibly wrong. Either way, I’m not sure that I deserve this after the past few years of my life.

By the way.. very sporting of whomever is in charge here to send me with the sword that ran me through. I’ll treasure it always.
