What the Kriff? Okay seriously. I DO NOT LIKE SNOW. I hate snow. Excuse me while I just freeze to death. I've never seen snow before or been in weather this cold. Or close to this cold. I don't know what to do.

I thought this was supposed to be some kind of tropical island but it looks like I've been dropped off on a snow planet. Anyone have any idea how I'm supposed to get in touch with Arva so I can get to the right place because this can't possibly be it.

So if you worked on the sewers with us then you might have seen me trying to get the force to successful lift things and move them into place. It took some trail and error but I think I've managed to get it worked out.

So. If people need help moving things, especially heavy things or things that need to go up high let me know and I'd be happy to assist.

So I guess everyone kind of has their own shelter here? Not really used to living by myself, but I guess I can make it work. Personally, I'd rather have some big place like the community center, maybe with rooms off of a central room.

Anybody considered something like that? Shelters would still be good for hooking up. But having some sort of...medieval great hall would definitely allow us to conserve resources.

Thanks to the gifts from the gods and a lot of hard work over the last week, I'm happy to say that we now have water, working toilets and showers in the Community Center as well as water in the Medical Center. And a toilet there too apparently pregnant women pee a lot.

So I suppose we could throw a community shower party? Or something like that, anyway it'll be nice to go to a real bathroom.

Do I freak people out? I think I freak people out.

I mean, I go up and ask them for sex and half the time they run away. And I know I'm hot so that isn't it. I'm not going to eat anybody. I mean, I only disembowel rabbits, not people.

Well... this was a bit unexpected. I had not expected the climate to be so tropical, but it is quite lovely here.

Though I should probably introduce myself while I am on here.I am Mei Ling Zhou from the group Overwatch. I've come here to help with what I can in hopes of building a better tomorrow. My expertise lays with engineering and ecological studies. I have high hopes that we can get along and bring about a future that is much brighter than the past.

It has come to my attention, thanks to a discussion with the lovely Felicity, that we could use a potential blacksmith here. After all, this is a very wet, and humid climate meaning the metal and tools we use will rust quickly; meaning they'll lose their consistency and begin to chip easily. So I think I'm going to begin plans for building a blacksmithy. I figure others will want to help, and I'll be glad for it as it will take a bit of time.

But, it'll allow us to build more complicated tools, as well as repair ones. Shears, hammers, even swords and shields but those are likely not as necessary. Long knives for cutting foliage, axes for gathering more wood. I imagine, that at some point, the gods and goddesses will stop just giving us materials, as they expect us to build our own society. So being self-sufficient will be necessary.

I'd like to try to build it close to a river, as well as a decent distance away from town just in case the forge has any problems. I don't need a large building for it, just a roof over the top, only thing that really matters is the forge itself, an anvil, and a way to heat things up considerably. I don't know much about blacksmithing, but I've seen it done quite a bit, and I know I have good hands that allow me to be accurate, so I know I can do it. It MAY take some practice though, but anyway... I think it'd be helpful.

The thing is, I'm not very good at getting out and meeting people. Even though I'd like to!

So...I'm from Lyrnessus, which was a city-state in Troy. I was married there when I was sixteen, to the King. Achilles destroyed my home a few years later, killed my family, and took me as his prize. But I don't want to think about the past - I'm far more interested in the future.

So! I would like to get to know people, men and women (although I'm only interested in being...uh...intimate with men) for friends and lovers.

Well, I uh, I was told to introduce myself here and so thought I would. My name's Link, I'm formerly from a land called Hyrule. I guess the first order is to say, hi to all of you.

Next is, I guess it's about getting to work. I don't know everything you've accomplished here so far, I'm not entirely caught up yet, but I am willing to help with anything you need. Where I was from, I did a lot of help herding the cattle on our ranch, I'm good on a horse, with a sword, and a bow; also, I'm pretty good with animals. I'm definitely not against heavy lifting either, really I'll do anything.

As for the other stuff, well, I uh... I've never, well I'm here, definitely here, and super ready to get to work so point me in the direction you need me.

We've been trying to get things organized at the Medical Center and I wanted to put together some records on everyone here. I know that mostly we think about the pregnancies and the babies but there is always the chance that someone could fall ill or be injured or any number of things.

First priority is the ladies. I have the information I need on the women who are currently pregnant. I need the rest of you to stop by the Medical Center sometime next week, any time is fine, I'm there most of the day and if I'm out, it's not hard to find me. There just some simple questions to answer, a little bit of a health history, that kind of thing. No poking, no prodding, just papers.

Guys, I need to come by as well. Same drill. I just need basic info, are you allergic to anything, do you have any kind of chronic illness we should know about, that kind of thing. It won't take that long so stop by whenever you can.

I'm sure Arva screened everyone before she invited us here but we have no way of checking that. Everything is confidential, we aren't going to be spreading your records all over the camp. So no worries.
