I'm out of commission for the rest of the week a while. I will NOT be out past Friday! My apologies if this is an inconvenience to the construction and other work. I'll be back on the job ASAP.

Yesterday Isaac suggested we make some hammocks for the new people, so that we would already have somewhere for them to sleep set up when they arrive. I'm working on that now, but I also wanted to put it out there again to the people who are already here: If you would like a hammock, just let me know and I will make you one.

I can also make baskets and mats, so let me know if you need any.

Well that was easy. Go to sleep. Wake up on a beach. I've certainly woken up in stranger and worse places. I was told there were others here already so hey. I'm Nick. S'up. And behold. I see a path. I think I shall follow it.

I have been making blankets. I think even if it isn't cold here, they would help those who are not lucky enough to have a real bed to sleep on, and perhaps they could bring comfort to some. I am going to knit swaddling clothes for the babies as well, so that we may keep them warm and safe.

If anyone would like a blanket, please let me know?

I've decided Martha can't stay with me tonight because she sleeps like a starfish and she slapped me in the eye the other night in her sleep. So with that said, is there anyone who doesn't have a bed who would like to stay with me tonight? I don't mind sharing and there's no obligation in the vein of sexual favors or anything like that. I'm actually not interested in that at all tonight, it's not even sunset and I'm already beat. So just, I know not everyone has one and I feel selfish if I'm sleeping in it alone and I thought I would extend the offer out tonight.

A real introduction now. My name is Larissa, and although this isn't exactly what I expected I'm more than happy to be here with all of you. I've accepted that I'm not going to have steady access to coffee here. It took me time. But I've accepted it.

What all needs to be done other than working on the medical facility? I'm thinking about taking a few hours to work on my own shelter, but if other people need things, I can put that off another day or two.

Headache! The barometric pressure is messing with me. I got something for it, thanks garden! Anyone else feel like just laying in bed, or floor, all day? Even though I should be working in the garden, sleep in the rain sounds better.

Anyone else notice how it rained and is raining everywhere BUT on the main camp today?

Hell, the rain is gloomy. Spent most of my life on a nocturnal schedule and I guess I never realized just how much you come to love the sun.

Anyone here who can light fires when it's raining? Might be nice to have a bonfire somewhere, if we could keep it from going out. It would definitely brighten things up a little.
