Yeah, okay...I'm literally one day into this and I already miss my kids and I'm starting to wonder if I made the wrong decision, here, so I need a distraction. Someone give me something to do. Do we have fruit? We probably have fruit, somebody's probably already on that, no? If not, I volunteer to go get some if someone who knows their tasty berries from their this-will-effing-kill-you berries wants to come with me?

Hi. My name is Sydney. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be here a trained chemist and have been fixing cars since I was little, so I'm fairly mechanically inclined. I definitely want to contribute however I can without having sex so please let me know where my skills will be most useful.

I made some soap. I figured that I couldn't be the only one in desperate need of a bath. It's not luxurious or anything, but it will get the job done and I added some orange juice to half of the batch and some lavender to the other half. It still needs a couple of weeks to dry completely, but if you don't mind it being a little wet and dissolving quickly, it can be used now. I'll keep making more so we can build up a good supply.

Also, has anyone figured out if we have any birth control options here? I mean, yeah, I know they want us to have babies, but they can't expect us to be constantly pregnant, right?

My name is Dr. Jemma Simmons, and I just arrived today. I'm very excited about this experiment and I hope that my abilities will allow me to contribute in whatever way possible! This is just an amazing opportunity to study how societies grow from the ground up, and even to watch genetics in action. I should hope that most of you are considering the genetic attributes of the partners you breed with? I think that might be the most fascinating part of all of this.

Everyone seems to be doing something of this sort and since I got here yesterday, it's probably overdue. I'm Dr. Raymond Palmer (only one person I know actually calls me Dr. Palmer, though, so I'd really prefer just Ray). I'm 34, I have three PhDs: Physics, Nanotechnology, and Engineering and Applied Sciences. I can't say I have a whole lot of survival skills as far as hunting, identifying plant life, etc. goes, but I imagine that sooner than later, we'll (hopefully) be given the resources to expand from a technological standpoint. Or, you know, if the gods would like to give me my suit, that could be helpful in more than a few ways, but for now, I don't have it.

In any case, I'll admit I'm not sure how useful fighting techniques would be, but I've got those and I'm willing to teach. I'm nowhere near as skilled as some other people I know, but for a beginner, I could probably be of good use. I'm also strong. Pretty strong. I guess strong is subjective, isn't it? And I'm always happy to help out with anything anyone needs. I'm no expert in a lot of things, but I pick things up pretty quickly in practice, so it might take me a little longer to build a shelter for someone than another, more skilled person could, but I'm pretty certain I could manage it after a few tries. In the meantime, if you find yourself having any issues with your bracelets, I'm happy to take a look and am fairly confident that I can fix them, even if I would prefer to have more specialized tools to do it.

So...if your character had been pretty much stationary at camp for the day and wants to notice the fact that he's casually spent his day building himself a giant teepee out of tree branches and palms, or whatever (he'd know what would work; I don't), please feel free to mention it.]

Hi, everyone. Captain Jack Harkness. Before anyone asks, that’s Royal Air Force, and I’ve got the stripes to prove it. Been stationed for the last hundred few years in Cardiff, keeping an eye on something we call the Rift, kind of a tear in the skin of the universe that lets all sorts of exciting and sometimes pretty nasty things through from all over space and time. So, like to think I’m a pretty good hand in combat, armed and otherwise, even if I have gotten real used to having a lot more advanced tech than we’ve got around here, so I’m definitely available if anyone wants some hands-on training there.

Other than that, it’s been a long time since I really did any fishing, at least for something that didn’t come from another planet, but I grew up by the ocean so it should come back pretty quick, and I can lift at least a hundred pounds without breaking more than an attractively-glistening sweat.

And I've been told by some pretty reliable sources of various species that I've got a great ass.

Wow, I'm starting to wonder why they brought me here with all of you guys. I have no doctorates, but if anybody needs help lugging stuff around, I've probably got that.

Okay so, I've seen people mention the thing about making clothes but do we know when that's going to happen? I don't want to rush anybody! I'm just wondering when that might happen because I've already sort of resorted to ripping clothes up to cover the most... important parts but that only gives me coverage for two or three days, tops. Fun fact everybody! Washing your clothes in a stream? Not the fresh jungle scent you'd expect.

And um, also... if someone might be able to show me how to build a shelter that would be great? Mine attacked me last night.
