Saturday reminded me why I never did more than provide warmth for my friends during that crazy tradition. Not to mention killed every thought I had about polar bears being cute and awesome and maybe an animal I'd want to be someday.

On the plus side, it was a good way to get extra blankets and snuggles and hot chocolate. So. A+?

I don't think I say this nearly enough, Mondays suck. Yes, I relate on a huge level to Garfield and I'm not even ashamed. I hate Mondays.

Though nice to see the lake was frozen enough to skate on. I don't think I could have given up proper winters in exchange for a hotter climate, it wouldn't feel right.
