Can I do this build

[Spellotaped to the page is a sheet of graph paper with Lysander Oakleaf, LAWYER ELF written in big block letters at the top and a break down of feats, spell slots and stat allocations for an "elf" "bard" that is stretching the definition of both terms. It seems this "elf" is also half-fae, and has a separate breakdown for half-elf, quarter-fae, quarter-succubus - at least Xavier knows that probably won't fly. There are several one-level dips into ridiculous classes that are not bard. Like marshal. It looks like the build would have +50 diplomacy by level 6. This is patently ridiculous. Do not let him use it.]

Where: Astronomy Tower
What: During hockey, a note is stuffed in Xavier's bag telling him to go pick up something he'd forgotten in the Astronomy tower. At lunch, Ursula receives a note saying that Xavier has something to share with her in the Astronomy tower. It looks like they've been duped.
