As you may have heard, Ari's jewelry has gone missing. Please keep your eyes open for anyone suspicious or appearing unusually secretive, guarded, or protective over their cabin space. Especially during head counts at curfew. If the culprit comes forward to confide in you, you can return the jewelry to me and I will return them to Ari. I won't ask questions, I won't demand you name them. I just want the items returned.
The stolen items:

My family heirlooms would be of the most concern. There's a gold slide bracelet, a round silver locket with a pansy engraved in the centre, a pair of gold earrings in the shape of pansies, a pair of emerald drop earrings, and a brooch with my family crest on it.

1) Purposefully accidentally walk beneath mistletoe in front of girls who like girls. Gauge their reactions to having to kiss me free.

2) Sign up for Bae's matchmaking services. (Is it too late?) Or you could enter my name as a playful "joke".

3) You set me up with a nice girl.

4) I ask Tess even though she hasn't shown any indication that she wants to go with me.

We've three missing and unaccounted for from Ebonhide.* Ribbonfin, we've one of your Freshmen at our camp. Please don't send them home on the dark trials. If they are in your cabins, they can stay there until morning.

Volunteers for patrol to find the others that remain unaccounted for after camp-wide headcount?

Volunteers to take up extra nightly patrols in the weeks following? It's not safe and we need to double up. I don't want to force anyone to patrol the trails if they're not comfortable. This is strictly voluntary. If you're no longer comfortable with nightly patrols, please let us know. I will find cover your shifts until the person doing this is found.

( OE WEEKEND TRIP - DAY ONE )

After the conversations with the Prefects last night, I'm concerned that I've been taking some of what's been going on too lightly and that more people feel like Ravi does might be uncomfortable with how lenient the enforcement of the rules has been this year. Azurcrest has always had more lenient Prefects, so none of this is new to me, but I don't want to overlook the needs of the other houses just because I'm less familiar with them. And maybe we should be stricter about what happens at the camps.

What do you think? I'm not sure I can be objective about this. I know my housemates are at the center of a lot of this, so I would appreciate your input.

Do you think it would be worth having some kind of blind poll, so we can get everyone's honest opinions and have a starting point for more discussion and build any new policies that need to be instated out of that?

I know the power's back on and everything, but we can still have that arts and crafts night. [...] Or board games, if you're not the artsy type! Not another party I've been hearing about, please.

Now that you've been back for nearly a month, I imagine you've gotten into the swing of things with your class schedules! We've tried to be considerate of your morning classes when it comes to making the late night patrol schedules, but if anything conflicts or if you'd like us to make any changes then please let us know!

Soooo what do you think about a cute little awards system for good behavior? We can do it monthly, or maybe mid- and end-semester? Something everyone has a chance of achieving. "Hardest Worker" or "Most Polite" or "Most Helpful" or "Most Creative". We can think of other categories! I'm just really tired of talks of this House Mug as if it's some alternative achievement to the House Cup, and not a joke as intended. Only one house can win House Cup, only one house can win Quidditch Cup, but I think everyone should be given the chance to win something, regardless of their house. Individual achievement should be rewarded.
