Hey love, I'm assuming that Merrill already talked to you, if not well, sorry for ruining the surprise. I've surrendered my badge at the suggestion of Merrill and suggested you of all people out of the cabin to be able to take over for me. I have faith that you will rock this out of the park and be the greatest ever. I'll be here no matter what if you need help with anything or really just support in trying to do the right thing if you need a second brain. I promise it isn't as bad as it seems and honestly I couldn't think of anyone better.

I've been trying to teach Mischief Russian folk tales but he seems to be stuck on Baba Yaga. I think he's broken and he's been bouncing on the end of the bed squawking out 'BABA YAGA' 'BABA YAGA' for thirty minutes. No amount of cheese and crackers has stopped this madness. How to you get an overactive talking bird to stop? Unless he's trying to warn us all that a chicken footed house is about to show up. Which I highly doubt but weirder shit has happened around here.

I think there is something wrong. I don't know what it is but something feels off. I can't sleep and I can't be the only one. I'm not allowed to drive until summer now but the good thing was that I was totally sober and I didn't kill anyone just smashed my new car up a bit. If you ever drive in Alaska, don't speed because apparently that just makes you slam into snowy things. Snowy things are the absolute worst.

I'll come visit if your family lets me. Issak and mom are going to Spain for New Years and I'm not going because I went there last summer and it was boring and lame. Also I'm being mope ass because my boyfriend or whatever the hell he is/was isn't responding to me and hasn't even talked to me since like the dance. So apparently he's either dead or hates me. Boys suck ass and I ran out of fucking vodka for the day.

OH MY GOSH, Issak bought me another new car! He said that it's a bit bigger than the last few one so I shouldn't be so bad at trying to not wreck it. THIS IS SO GREAT. Riri, time for our annual five hours long drive into civilization!
