I may have found a house in the countryside, but I still need to have it inspected. I have my doubts about the real amount of work that needs to be poured into that fixer upper and I really want an honest estimate.

That being said, Gran doesn't understand my choice to fix up a house when I could buy a new one or have one built, but the point is to have the opportunity of doing something else with my hands than filing and paperwork.

	Nope, the lady isn't a Witch at all, but it's okay. Her house is nice and secluded with a lot of yard. Nice little thing. Not unplottable, but I'm sure a few wards here and there won't hurt much. The problem with magical houses is just that. We have no idea what's been done unless there is a registry and it's bothering me. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
