To Timothy Summers -- Dad, I know you're not quite used to getting things via Owl Post, but I figured this was easier to send this way than figuring out some clever way to get it out to you via the mail service. This a wizarding Wireless. It'll give you a chance to listen to some of the wizarding sports you and Uncle Jordan got into when we were living in Boston (Quodpot games are a bit harder to get on the radio over here, but Quidditch will be everywhere once the season comes back). I've spelled it for you, so it should work in the house, just let me know if it doesn't, and it's registered in my name so we can keep it in your house (the Ministry looks down on keeping magical things in muggle homes, even if some of the family is magic, it's stupid, really). I'll be over for dinner, Mom said she's doing lobster mac & cheese.

To Jordan James -- Uncle Jordan, I hope you don't mind my blatantly using your darling young daughter to get this gift to you. Don't worry, none of her allowance went to it but Aunt Liz may have been in on she shopping excursion. Oliver Wood. I know it's quite late in the evening, and a Sunday holiday at that, but my summer 'holiday' is up soon and it's been too long since I've been on a broom. My night shifts this month have almost made me nocturnal, but I managed to enjoy a nice bit of sunshine this afternoon in the garden at my parents' house. It's one of my favourite places, so it was especially nice to have good weather. Plus, of course, some excellent cake.
