It's been almost 3 years since I started this community. I loved it then and I love it now. However, the last time it was posted in by other than me was August 25, 2010. It's had a good run and we're on LiveJournal and ffviii_100 Dreamwidth Studios. Seek us out there if you still get the urge.

This week's word prompt: #144 - Good-bye

It can be tearful and filled with emotions. It can be something that should have happened a long time ago but just never happened. It might be something that was never said, nor will be.

Does Zell kiss his mother good-bye before missions? Does one smoldering look from across the room serve as a good-bye that will never be voiced? Were good-byes whispered in the dead of night to a sleeping body?

However the good-byes are done, give it up in 100 words.
