The streets were filled with mourners. Sounds of crying and sobs surrounded the coffin and the dignitaries who walked with its slow pace.

Squall was uncomfortable, felt as though he was falling through a looking glass. Esthar's peace-loving archon was dead and a new reign would begin. Worry was under the sadness, worry about what direction the new ruler would take the country.

The arguments of who would next rule were halted for the ceremony, a bit of peace in a time of chaos. Chaos, Laguna Loire could have tamed, but instead it was his passing that was the cause.
