Noises, grunts and groans. Everyone makes the sounds, but why? Pain, sex or a bad pun? Maybe Zell pulled a muscle and can't stop his bitching and groaning about needing a massage? Have the Treppies gone too far and caused their beloved Instructor to groan out loud at their newest worshiping antics?
