Well, there were no entries from any of the Gardens. Me thinks perhaps all are dealing with regrets in some fashion?
This week's word prompt: #54 - Birthday
Everyone has one and for some, it's a true celebratory event. For others however, it's a date that draws them closer to an age they don't want to be.
For Cadets living in the Gardens, they have to complete their SeeD exams before their birthdays otherwise they have to pack their bags and leave. Do you think that someone like Seifer, who was the oldest of the group feared his birthday or even, possibly tried lying on forms for a bit of extra time? Does Edea always manage to find a grey hair on her birthday, while Headmaster Cid finds another wrinkle? We all know that birthdays mean one thing for Selphie - PARTY; but does she feel let down if her birthday party isn't all or nothing? Of course, with birthdays come the gifts - did Laguna get a figurine for his birthday or did someone give Squall yet another belt for his collection (would explain the excess of belts in KH)?
Whatever the gifts, party, fear and loathing or loving of the birthday, give it up in 100 words!
