In honor of the World Cup, I started on a new cross stitch. It's not quite finished yet, I'm going to add a bit to the background, but I wanted to show off what I have so far.

Hi, Emilia! Do you have any plans next month? Specifically the 12th, 13th, and 14th? My cousin shared with me that they are accepting enrolls for a culinary weekend. It's not just for chefs either, it's for anything interested in culinary arts. There will be different classes and presentations and a couple of competitions. I immediately thought of you when he told me! I have all the paperwork here, if you're interested.

New year, really makes one wonder what Cuaditch will have in store for us this year.

Is it just me or did anyone else see a Santa walking around Cauditch yesterday?

I want to thank everyone that's dropped off little toys and treats for all the cats! Their stockings were quite full and I'm incredibly excited to give them their gifts! Just a reminder that Purrfect Brew will be closed tomorrow at 1 and we're closed all day on Christmas. We'll open up bright and early on Boxing Day!

Am I a terrible person for being a little relieved that I don't have a child that's just popped up randomly?

If you have no plans for tonight, I recommend finding a clear spot and take a look at the night sky! Tonight we'll see a rare sight, Saturn and Jupiter will align and what's extremely special about this is that it's been about is that it's been nearly 400 years since the planets passed this close to each other in the sky, and nearly 800 years since the alignment occurred at night. If you're religious, it's been nicknamed 'The Christmas Star'.

Call it what you'd like, but it's still going to be an amazing sight tonight. It's also pretty cool that it's on the Winter solstice.

I had so much fun going horseback riding the other day! It had been so long, I forgot how big they really are, but you surprisingly get used to riding after a while. It wasn't too scary and the horse, Ladybug, was just darling.

I know everyone is still talking about the Halloween ball, but did anyone happen to see the moon that night? It was an indescribable sight. Fun fact, a full moon such as this on Halloween won't occur in Ireland and the UK until 2039.

Just a reminder, I will not be available starting on the 23rd through the 25th! I'll be in France for my cousin Nolan's wedding.

Oh! Last night I made one of my favourites, cheese tortellini soup with Italian sausage. I added a bit of kale and spinach in there as well, I highly recommend it for a chilly day.

On a health note, the cold days will only get colder so please be sure to take care! Wash your hands often, if you're sick stay home and avoid as much contact with people as possible. Drink plenty of fluids and make sure to stock up on potions!

I hope everyone enjoyed my little show today. In case you didn't know, freestyle rap is not as easy as it sounds.

This is a little late, but don't forget that Mercury is in retrograde until 3 November.

I know it gets a bad reputation but this doesn't have to be a bad thing. Mercury retrograde can be very revealing and can be a time of great change if we move with intention. You just have to be cautious. Now is not a time to sign contracts - take some time to read them over carefully if you have to, review existing contracts instead, but don't rush into anything. Now's the time to comparison shop and be flexible, to pause for reflection and tie up loose ends.

Mercury is known as the planet of communication, but since it'll spend most of its time in Scorpio, you might feel a little more on edge and secretive, a little more defensive. Scorpio, at its worst, can make us paranoid, obsessive, distrustful, jealous. At its best, highly intuitive, loyal, sensual. Scorpio isn't afraid of new starts and of taking risk, so this is the perfect opportunity to let go of old communication methods that weren't working and to try something new. Recent happenings especially have made me stop to think about why people do the things they do. What drives them? What do they desire from either life or the moment. I suppose it's a rather deep thought for so early in the morning, but it's curious, especially in a place like Cuaditch where so many strange impulses seem to strike.

Yesterday, for example. I am no real photographer, but I did feel compelled to carry a camera and take quite an assortment of photos.

I suppose my question to you, Cuaditch, is what desires are you harboring, today or recently, and do you consider them good or bad or simply neutral?

If anyone needs me, my plans seem to be a bit, er, up in the air today.

Hello, Cuaditch!

Like Isobel mentioned in her post, it is National Healer Week! Everyone has been working extremely hard to put this together, and I hope you all will stop by Queerditch Park to check out everything we have to offer!

You'll learn about giving blood, there will also be a blood drive throughout the week as well. We'll have different special events throughout the week that focuses on issues like physical health, mental health, environmental health, etc. If you are interested in the times of some of these events, we have pamphlets available. You'll hear from a variety of people in different fields and for those interested in muggle medicine, we have information on that as well!

I hope you will all stop by, and fair warning to friends that I might be unavailable most of the week, but I will try to check in so you know I haven't fainted from exhaustion.

Oh! Do you know what would be gnarly? To go flying! I really want to go out flying today, but I don't have my own broom. It's been ages since I've flown, would someone be willing to take me out?
