In a hurry as she rushed to do a little more Christmas shopping, Abby wasn't really paying very close attention to her surroundings. She weaved in and out through the bustle of other shoppers, intent on getting gifts to those other members of her extended family that had shown up unexpectly. Between her own future offspring and Michaels, not to mention those of close friends, it meant her Christmas gift list had gotten quite a bit larger and she wanted to be prepared. It wasn't until a few months later when she found herself suddenly stuck, standing in place, that she bothered to really look around her and spot the familiar-looking plant just above her. "Of bloody course," she muttered, shaking her head. This was why you shouldn't walk around Cuaditch without looking out for, well, anything. At least with the streets so busy with other shoppers, she wasn't likely to be stuck long, she hoped.

Cormac didn't really know how to wrap his head around the idea that he had a kid out there, especially with Ginny. He was fond of the woman, naturally; Ginny was one of his favorite people in the world, but she was also very much with someone else and it was strange to imagine a world in which that wasn't true and in which he'd fathered a child with her. One who, admittedly, was far too much like himself. Even Cormac could admit that much.He was out wandering around quidditch, having a think about all of it when suddenly he cursed loudly. He found himself at a complete standstill so suddenly that he nearly lost his balance and might have done without his reflexes being as good at they were. "Bloody Cuaditch, come on!" he groaned, realizing he was stuck until someone came along to help him out.
Dean has been painting quite a bit today and decided to take a break and pick up some supplies. He was running low on parchment and charcols and he had a few colors of paints that could use replenishing. Stepping out into the streets of Cuaditch, he took his time to enjoy the crispness of the fresh air. Getting out of the flat for a bit had been a good idea.He wasn't far from his destination when his feet stopped moving and not of there own accord. Laughing, Dean shook his head. He ought to have known that an outing in this town was never going to be boring!

With all the new visitors to Cuaditch from the future - multiple possible futures, Emilia had been working even harder than usual, when she wasn't spending time with her own nieces, nephews and daughter, at least. Keeping busy was something she enjoyed, anyway, and Rocco had to practically force her to take a break. Holding up her hands in surrender, she acknowledged that he was just as capable of managing the bistro and made her way out into the streets of Cuaditch.Emilia pulled her coat more tightly around her to ward off the chill and let herself just enjoy the atmosphere of the town. Taking a break really had been a good idea. She thought about walking over to visit a friend when she found herself stuck under some of the mistletoe that seemed to be hanging all over the place.
Business was booming at the shop, but all work and no play made George... well, you know how that goes. He had enough help to leave it in the capable hands of an assistant while he stepped out into the throng of holiday shoppers, planning to run over to Panzari's for a quick bite. It was a good plan, but even the best go awry somethimes.Glancing upward, George let out a chuckle as he spotted the floating mistletoe that suddenly seemed to hold him in place. Looking around, he hoped it wouldn't be too long before somebody came to his rescue.
Camera in hand, Iola virtually danced in between the people on the streets of Cuaditch as she let inspiration lead her into taking photos of her surroundings, from the colorfully decordates shops to families, couples and others all out enjoying it all. It wasn't the same kind of thrill as balancing on a broom to capture he perfect shots during a Cuaditch match, but Iola and her camera were never far from one another and she knew she'd have some nice shots from this outing, too.Pausing to look through some of the pictures she'd taken to far, Iola found when she was ready to go on her way again that she couldn't. Looking up, she laughed softly at the mistletoe floating above her and raised her camera to take a quick photo of the obviously charmed plant before slipping it into her bad and waiting for someone to come help her out of her predicament.
Party planning was serious work. Kaitlin had been hard at work on planning an event when she realized she didn't have some things she was going to need, including a large cup of coffee to help fuel her creativity. She made her way out into town and her first stop was obviously going to be her favorite coffee shop, where she picked up a large mocha (extra espresso, thank you very much) and a small bag of croissants to go. Kaitlin was just leaving the coffee shop when her feet seemed to be frozen in place and she sighed. This had not been a part of her plan for the morning, but she'd lived in Cuaditch long enough to know that there was nothing for it. She was stuck for the moment, at least until someone willingly to help her out with a kiss came along.
This whole thing with kids from te future was a little mad, especially with her sister having multiples with different people, but it was kind of cool, too. She loved how large their extended family had become all of a sudden, even if te circumstances were a little strange.Out shopping for last minute gifts for her new nieces and daughter, Morag was in good spirits. She already had a few bags from various shops and was just heading to the next when she found herself stuck under some mistletoe.
Any excuse to take a break from the Aurors office was welcome and Pryor was enjoying a free afternoon of being able to just walk around Cuaditch. His mind was on all these different children showing up from future timelines and what that might mean for those who were finding out about their own futures in such an unorthodox way. He knew the ministry was hard at work trying to repair the issue with the floo, but it was certainly interesting to have their vistors around in the meantime.Pryor was just about to go toward one of the shops to browse outside of the cold when he found himself stuck where he was. December in Cuadicth, he should have known to be on his guard a little more.
It was strange to think the quidditch season was over and that it wouldn't be long before they'd be heading into the world cup, especially that she was on a team, even if it was as an alternate. Sam was thrilled to know she would be playing or have the potential of playing. It was going to be great!Walking out of teh quidditch supply store, she pulled her coat around her to ward off the distinct chill in the air and tried to keep moving. A warming charm could only do so much! Suddenly, her movement halted and she nearly stumbled. Looking up, she groaned softly. Mistletoe. So much for that keep moving plan!
It was a slow time for the crime beat at the moment and Titus found himself without a lot to do for the day, so he took off early and decided to try and get some of his holiday shopping done. It seemed like he suddenly had a lot of extended family to buy for, with how prolific his brother seemed to be in the future kids department. Titus didn't have any for himself that he was aware of, but he didn't mind it. Laughing at his brother was a lot more fun.His planned shopping adventure came to a halt, literally, when he found himself stuck under some of the obviously charmed mistletoe and he couldn't help laughing. At least Cuaditch knew how to keep things interersting!
Woodstock couldn't help wondering how the ministry was going to handle all of this future timelines business when the floo was fixed and their visitors sent back to their own time. Would they allow everyone to keep the memories of all of it? Would his department be called in to modify memories? With a few timelines represented, it wasn't going to be possible to really maintain the correct one; they couldn't know which one was truly the timeline they were on their way to now. Still, it begged the question of what would happen once they were all gone.It was a curious thought and once that preoccupied him so much that he didn't notice he'd walked under some mistletoe until he suddenly found himself unable to move.
