Cuaditch In Character

I'm not sure if I should be glad or disappointed that whatever caused the floo to malfunction and bring so many here from our future seems to have been fixed for good now. It was interesting to have them here, truly, even if I didn't get the chance to meet any of my own children. The town seems strangely quiet without them. I'm sure it must feel even strainer for those of you who had your own children come and go.

It's hard to believe we're already this close to Christmas. Time sure does fly by quickly! Then I've really spent a lot of time making these when I'm not at work.

Just a reminder, I will not be available starting on the 23rd through the 25th! I'll be in France for my cousin Nolan's wedding.

Oh! Last night I made one of my favourites, cheese tortellini soup with Italian sausage. I added a bit of kale and spinach in there as well, I highly recommend it for a chilly day.

On a health note, the cold days will only get colder so please be sure to take care! Wash your hands often, if you're sick stay home and avoid as much contact with people as possible. Drink plenty of fluids and make sure to stock up on potions!

This is a little late, but don't forget that Mercury is in retrograde until 3 November.

I know it gets a bad reputation but this doesn't have to be a bad thing. Mercury retrograde can be very revealing and can be a time of great change if we move with intention. You just have to be cautious. Now is not a time to sign contracts - take some time to read them over carefully if you have to, review existing contracts instead, but don't rush into anything. Now's the time to comparison shop and be flexible, to pause for reflection and tie up loose ends.

Mercury is known as the planet of communication, but since it'll spend most of its time in Scorpio, you might feel a little more on edge and secretive, a little more defensive. Scorpio, at its worst, can make us paranoid, obsessive, distrustful, jealous. At its best, highly intuitive, loyal, sensual. Scorpio isn't afraid of new starts and of taking risk, so this is the perfect opportunity to let go of old communication methods that weren't working and to try something new. Well, hasn't this been an interesting week.

While I do enjoy riding a good motorbike, somehow trying to ride one that's for a ghost just hasn't been on my to-do list, well, at least not while living.

🏍️ - A ghostly motorcycle gang shows up in town today, and they keep offering everyone lessons on how to ride a motorbike!

Recent happenings especially have made me stop to think about why people do the things they do. What drives them? What do they desire from either life or the moment. I suppose it's a rather deep thought for so early in the morning, but it's curious, especially in a place like Cuaditch where so many strange impulses seem to strike.

Yesterday, for example. I am no real photographer, but I did feel compelled to carry a camera and take quite an assortment of photos.

I suppose my question to you, Cuaditch, is what desires are you harboring, today or recently, and do you consider them good or bad or simply neutral?

These clouds have been fascinating.

I can't wait to see which one is next. There are so many possibilities. The magic behind it has got to be rather complicated which makes it even more impressive. But what do I know about that kind of thing right?

Alright, so I managed to trap some of the tangerine clouds today in a jar, and well, it doesn't seem to want to be trapped it keeps getting more and more intense, I took a sample from it and have gotten out some of the potions that are in it, but there is some really in-depth alchemy to it. I think there is a combo transfiguration-charms on it that's keeping it from breaking apart mixed with a new chemical.

Oh! I got it! It turned orange! Proper orange!

This is so much fun!!!

Yesterday was pretty awesome, not going to lie. Winning the match, turning 24 and throwing an awesome party... The hangover is definitely worth it!

🌳 - What is happening??? Well, Cuaditch Town looks like it's turned into a Rainforest, it lasts three days. Careful, there are wild animals everywhere!

Apparently I own a cat now. This little one followed me home after he gave me lots of hugs.

[ PLOT :: 🌱 - The herb shop in town had a mishap today while treating some of the herbs to prepare for a potion, something went wrong and they've instead sprouted feet and legs, escaping they've been running around town nearly impossible to catch. HANNAH ABBOTT trips on one and knocks over CHARLIE MONTGOMERY! While PRYOR DERRICK AND TWO OTHER VOLUNTEERS manage to help catch a few, careful though, they also seem capable of biting! Ouch! ]

Poor horses around town, someone should give them singing lessons for free since they're giving free rides.
