Just got off the phone with the Mayor. What they're not telling the public is that the "demons" aren't figurative but literal. They don't want to cause a panic. I'm back. There's a few changes in New York. A.I.M. has always owned the Tower in Tribeca, where you all once lived. I learned that the hard way after I portaled in. Qeng Enterprises appears to own the oldest Avengers Tower, too. That's different than before.

The Sanctum hasn't moved. Nothing has changed at any Sanctums. This Earth is still protected from interdimensional and mystical threats. And despite all of these breaks in our reality? This universe remains fractured but whole.

Before anyone asks where I was: it's hard to turn down a summons from the patrons of the Mystic Arts. They wanted me to take part in a 5,000 year war on another plain of existence. It took some time not to piss them off.

So guess what was on lockdown. The Tower. Again. We're down an elevator shaft. Everyone has to use the other elevators while it and the roof get fixed.

Rooftop cameras caught her flying west. It looked like Danvers used to when she was flying. Then it dropped off and the security drones couldn't pick up anything.

If you were trying to get back to your place after midnight, you might have noticed the security lockdown. Ends up that Rogue chick went off the deep end and attacked a couple of people staying in the Tower last night. I'm down with her on the SHIELD floors and we're taking care of it.

She's safe. She's in a holding cell. She's not talking. We don't know who we can trust yet and the psych profiler is compiling an assessment from remote brain scans. So we're limiting visitors.

Didn't want anyone to be in the dark. I'll update if we uncover anything.

So I find myself in a new room now. One place one moment then new place the next. Not that I have complaints. New room seems much better than old place. I am tired of being kept in a cage and controlled.

I went outside for a walk and the smell is interesting. Like coffee grounds. The trash cans are overflowing with food which seems like waste. People sometimes clean up after their dogs and sometimes do not. Now I will figure out what to do here. Maybe try a coffee that has iced cubes in it, but I will not let them take me back.

Yeah well. That happened.

Fine, maybe I shouldn't have nanobot'd a suit of armor into my bone marrow. But like I told her, there's no takebacksies now that it's in there.

This Friday, at sundown, begins the observance of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year. I'll be celebrating with traditional foods in the common area if anyone wishes to join me.
