*after dinner, joins the rest of the gathering (except Ulmo) in the living room for coffee and polite aprés-dinner conversation*

*as the evening progresses, finds himself sitting in one of the comfy chairs with his daughter sleeping in his arms* *knows, just knows, she'll be up and dashing around the place again soon*

*arrives back at Ilmarin from the Ring of Doom, intending to grab a snack before hitting the night skies*

*can't help but notice that the kitchens seem rather busy and that the kitchen-Súruli are running around frenetically*

*ventures into the good dining room and sees that the table is set* *with place-names*

*knows that this can mean only one thing: Ilmarin Family Dinner*

*wonders if she can demanifests skywards before anyone notices*

*goes through the hideous, hideous process of labour with little ceremony at Lórien mostly because this would be about the umpteenth birthing post her mun's done*

*and at the end of it winds up with a small, screaming infant son*

*and is utterly besotted*

*spends the next few days unwinding in Lórien and fussing over her boy*

*because nothing says hangover cure like a strong drink, manifests himself and a still-sleeping Ingil to the pub*

*orders a round of drinks before closing his eyes*
